Step 1 Dry roast the Pearled Little Millet for about 3-5 minutes…keep aside..

Step 5 Add in the 1& 1/2 cup hot water, sprinkle a generous pinch of Garam masala powder and add in the fried nuts, mix. Cover it nicely so that the steam doesn't escape…use aluminium foil too along with the lid and give DUM for about 15 minutes on medium flame (of the small gas burner).
